"Best" is completely subjective, and sometimes dependent on the juice at hand. I like fruity and tobacco flavors best using a high quality atomizer (my go-to's are HH.357 Cisco-spec atty's), and richer flavors with a Genesis rebuildable atomizer. There is no simple answer across the board for this one -- its all personal preference.

As far as whats involved in a Genesis -- it can be involved, but its not hard once you understand what you're doing. Here's a good guide on how to rebuild one:

The DrillBit Method - YouTube

...And how to make the SS wick in the first place:

VaporChase Tutorial - How to Make a Stainless Steel Wick - YouTube

Once you get the hang of it, twisting a new coil takes no time at all, and the wick is reusable -- just rinse it off with some hot tap a few times, cook it off with a torch and season with a bit of juice. Definitely a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, the results are well worth it.

Honestly, it all boils down to what you like and how much effort you want to put in to it.

For me, the perfect vape is a 3 ml carto on an automatic battery. No fuss or muss, and I top off one carto at the end of every workday.

For others, it's an RBA at 10+ watts.

Many are happy with a Twist and a Vivi Nova.

And there are even people who still use minis every day and have for years.

So the best advice I could give is try everything you can until you find the perfect vape for you.

I own both T3 and Vivi Nova and have tried the same juices on it side by side.

In my opinion the T3 draw is cleaner. It feels like you are almost drinking the juice. But sometimes you are because the T3 has gurgling problems. Lol There have been a lot of posts lately about gurgling and leaking issues (onto the battery). If mine didn't have these problems, it would be the only clearomizer that I'd buy

The Vivi Nova is built better. I have had zero leaking issues with it. The hits are heavier and the flavor is a little more muted. The downside for me is that I get a lot of burned hits when the juice reaches a certain point.

Overall, I like the T3 better but wish it were as reliable as the vivi nova

Every vapor has their personal preference of what gives them their best vape. Be aware that factors such as the battery power, voltage used, delivery device resistance, and the e-liquid itself plays a role in determining that.

For me, I prefer the flavor produced from a nice single coil cartomizer in a pyrex cartotank. The proper ohm cartomizer and liquid combined with the correct voltage is what ultimately produces the vaping experience. But pyrex is an inert material that imparts no "taste" of its own like that which some people say plastic or metal can.

I've not cared for the silica string wick delivery devices. When you think about it, they only have those couple of wicks bringing the juice to the atomizer. In a cartotank, the polyfill material bathes the atomizer in juice; a much larger surface area than the strings wicks. That's how I rationalize cartomizer tanks providing better flavor.

Unfortunately, its not as simple as that... its variable depending on what configuration the wick is used in, what ohm rating at the coil, what the equipment providing the power is capable of, and a variety of other factors. In my experience, mesh tends to get hotter, so more 'delicate' flavors don't always do as well with stainless mesh at the voltage/wattage I normally like. Fortunately, with the extra heat, it also produces extra vapor so dropping the power to compensate is no issue. As far as silica wicks go -- I like the flavor of them for the most part, but I seem to foul them in a couple days, tops. That alone led me towards mostly mesh.

On the other hand, I have several dripping attys that I adore -- and they all use silica wicking in the coil (albeit a very small amount)... so it really varies. :)

All I can say is experiment -- thats the only way you'll find what works for you... and the reality is what works for you might not be what works for me :)

in my experience, the usable range between flavorful and burnt juice is much more slim with delicate flavors like fruit ones with a stainless mesh wick -- at least in a genesis setup. I have a stainless wick configuration on my bulli-smoker, and it has fantastic flavor with fruit juice -- but its built more like a large rebuildable cartomizer rather than a genesis or vivi nova style tank. Its one of those things that to get what you want out of a rebuildable, you have to be willing to experiment. You'll be able to get a far superior setup with silica wick and a rebuildable dripping atty or similar to what you're used to with the vivi's or kangers, but to fine tune it once you get the hang of it is a bit more of a commitment.

Alternatively, do you like cartomizers at all? A cartomizer tank might be a viable option -- they're simple and cheap, and work quite well.

Im still pretty new... With pv... Need to experiment. ..what kind of carto?

Standard tube-type cartomizers -- like Boge or Smoktech. You can buy them pre-punched with holes in the cartomizer, to allow juice to 'seep' through into the cartomizer and keep it soaked. The cartomizer then slides into a 'cartomizer tank', which holds juice around the cartomizer and allows the seeping to occur.

Here's the J-Tanks that I've got a few of:

ElectronicStix.Com · Standard J-Tanks

I use them with these cartomizers:

ElectronicStix.Com · 510 Punched Cartomizers

Otherwise, I agree with Jadesrayne... dripping with a good quality atomizer is more work, but pretty much unbeatable for flavor. :)
