What's happened to mig cig/mig vape?

I got some stuff a few ago weeks and and all good,order confirm with order number etc..followed by a shipping notice and tracking number..Also had live chat..Ordered a few days ago,new phone number,no live chat,they say it is but it's not at least on my last visit,also no order confirm or date shipped with tracking number..and now it's called mig vape..They were very good,I hope they did not change,Bob
