What's in a name resurrected.

Back in June ASH started a thread asking how folks choose there forum name. That thread is locked so I couldn't bring it back front. We have so many new family members I thought it would be fun to hear how they came up with their nym... Thanks ASH for the original idea!

I'll start it off. Gopher_byrd comes from my Air Force days. You know how it goes... go for this, go for that... The byrd was added from my friends having bird nicks... Anyway I have been gopher_byrd on forums and usenet since the 1980s...

How about you, how did you choose your forum name and what is your favorite NT juice!

ETA: to keep in the rules BTW Wakonda with Strawnilla a close second are my favs...

My forum name is simple. My name is Lynn and I live in North Carolina. Hence LynnNC. I'm not very imaginative when it comes to forum names and such. Besides...if you called me by anything else I probably wouldn't answer because it's not my name.
Favorite NT flavor is GCD mixed with Band Camp.

I don't think I thought about it long enough or it would have been different. LOL. But that was over 4 years ago.

Ms.Cruzer - MS is actually for the state I live in (not a feminine status ) and Cruzer because we've been on over 40 cruise ships over the years.

I logged into ECF via Facebook so as that name was on my FB account that is the name I have. I usually use "kogijiki" as that name has been my user name on many, many forums over the years and it was an impromptu decision. Kogi was my dog's name at the time and jiki is porcelain in Japanese (or Nihongo) as I was in my first year of Japanese classes (Hai. Nihongo wa bankiyoshimasuta). (And if the romanji is wrong forgive me, I suck at romanji... )

Reign has been my handle on the Playstation Network since 2006 when the PS3's were first released. I thought for a gamer the definition of Reign fit perfectly, but that was taken here so I added "theGamer" to let people know about my other hobby.

Reign is always taken most everywhere else hence the reason I still get cash offers for it a few times a month from other players. But it's mine I tell you all mine! Muahahahaa

Favorite NT: The Virus, if I had to vape one thing for the rest of my life it would be it.

Back in my younger days i always used Ace at the arcade or playing games in general, ace was always taken on forums so i added the balto in front of it because i live in Baltimore. So baltoace was born, been using this name on forums sense 95ish.

I've been using WillyZ online for years ... however, a mod made me change it because I own the WillyZ domain name.

When I lived in Santa Fe, I fell in love with a poster called Chili Cat! I later got a cat who looks just like the cat in the poster when my mom passed away and named her Chilicat! The name is special to me because of my mom and the poster! And I was born in 1957! I know, I'm a classic!

pennysmalls is what this mommy does when she need to have a break and heads out to have some mommy time. I head over to a casino not to far from here and hit the penny slots. I'm a low roller usually never betting over 25 cents. So, penny slots and small bets. I have hit a few jackpots over the years, enough to buy my first Provari one time and enough to have an automatice engine starter installed in my van another time and enough recently to go nuts buying several bf atties for my Reo's. Anything else I win is kept to fund my next trip to the slots.

Fav NT is probably impossible so whatever is in the REO bottle at that moment is my current fav.

Plus I really wasn't intending to become an active participant...just wanted the ads to go away when I was lurking.

Radioactive is my favorite, but CLS, CB, GCD, ACB, AA, BC, Frenilla and now Switch are I'm a very close tie for 2nd place.

My favorite NT juice is Katy's Virus. Tied for second place is Radioactive, Strawnilla, Wakonda with some added chocolate, and GCD.
