What's more important: good mod or a good liquid?

There's no right or wrong answer. I was just curious about which makes the vaping experience more enjoyable: a good mod or a good liquid?

I've delved into different liquids by 5 different companies and I've found a good liquid makes a huge difference. There's liquids I can vape all day and it doesn't burn my tongue or throat. So, I'm willing to invest some money into finding the best e-liquid vendors out there.

But I'm also reading about mods on the forums and I don't want to miss out on anything. Should I invest my money into a good mod instead?

Opinions are appreciated.

You can have the most awesome mod in the world and it won't do you a bit of good if the juice you're vaping tastes like it came out of the southbound end of a northbound dog.

Find your juice, THEN go for the fancy toys.

You can have a top of the line mod but if you don't like your juice you won't use it much.

Juice for sure doesn't matter if you use a 10mah ego battery or a mod with cold fusion power bad taste is bad

I say,
First is juice...find something you like or can tolerate. (readily available and cheap are nice too)
The battery holder/mod should be last, since the actual "business end" of an e-cig is the AD. (atomizer device)
Once you have a juice and an AD that checks the boxes and keeps you away from combustables, and, after you have an ego style VV device ( twist/spinner/winder), then consider moving along to a "mod".

Mods are nice but juice comes first.

Alot depends on your atty. A juice that tastes like crap in a ss mesh atty may taste brilliant in a silica atty and visa versa

Juice taste will vary depending on nic level, carto, RDA/RBA setup Ω level, VV/VW settings as well. Fundamentally picking the juices you love first is right. Just keep these other variables in mind as well.

Hmm .. Good question.
Imho, but I think that the important mod. With a good atomiser revealed even complete simple liquid.
And a good mod feels nice to hold in hand.

Without good juice that you like? It's just a piece of crap.

IMO, a juice that you like is #1. A atty/carto/clearo that works for you is #2. For an average setup the power supply, or mod, is last. 3.7 volts from a eGo, a Spinner, a Vamo or a Lava Tube are all going to vape the same.

Indeed, juices will taste differently from a setup to another, so a combination of both is important (setup / juice).
When I began, I had such poor taste that the gear mattered the most (TH / vapor production) but after a while, it changed to liquid.

IMO you have to have a good mod first I use mechs so the hit between different mods are a big deal you have a junk mod the juice taste diff than when u have a mod that hits hard with less voltage drop !! The diff between 3.8 volts and 4.1 for example one volt up juice burns but I can stop that just buy using a slitly biger air hole on my trident !

I used a DSE801 and a BE112 to find the eliquids I liked, then started on the mods. It would have been a lot cheaper sticking with the eliquids.

I'd say the juice, then the delivery device, then the mod. All the mod does is deliver power to the atomizer. I'd be happier with crappy mod that doesn't deliver consistent power than with foul tasting juice. Also, a good juice in a bad atty is worthless.
