Hello.
I am still somewhat new to vaping. I bought my first kits last week. I have a Joye 510 and an FS510. Both kits are great. I actually like the FS510 More(battery lasts longer) Anyways, I think I want to order a better kit. Something with a longer lasting battery than the 510. Would the eGO be a good buy? That is what I have been looking at. Any other suggestions? It does NOT have to look like a cigarette. :2cool:
Thanks!

The ego would be an excellant choice because it's also compatible with 510 parts and is known to be a good model. I'd go to madvapes or if they have them in stock Liberty Flights for it they both have good prices.

If it doesn't have to look like a cigarette and you are convinced you like e-cigs, why not buy a mod? An 18650 battery mod which includes everything from the Precise to the REO will last quite a while and give you a range of different features. Or just a mod in general?

I started with a 510, moved to a Riva (eGo with a better button, imo), and eventually bought a mod (the darwin)... It'll be a heck of a day when anything replaces my darwin.

The eGo will have more battery life, but vape pretty much the same as your 510. It's a great PV, but I'd consider a variable volt mod if you have the funds for one, it opens up a whole new experience. The Infinity and Little Sister mods are both fairly inexpensive at around or under 100.00.

If you do decide on an eGo or Riva, you can buy a couple of 1.5 ohm LR 306 atomizers from avidvaper.com (2 atomizers and 306 drip tip for 20 bucks) that will fit your eGo/Riva and similate what kind of vaping experience a variable volt mod would give you... those atomizers on an eGo are incredible. If you like that experience, then you can spring for a variable volt later on :)

If money is not an issue, the darwin is simply the best PV I've ever used, and highly recommended.

The Joye eGo 510 at 900 mAh or 1000 mAh ( a bit longer battery) with Boge 510 cartomizer low resistance at 2.0 ohm with a nice organic juice from Vaperite is great for all day.
This e-cig requires its own fast usb charger usually sold in a kit and sold separately if you just want to buy the battery.
If you decide to experiment with different juice mixes (PG/VG combinations, 100% VG, 100% PG, etc.) then the ProVari by Provape is the best variable volt unit (check out Forum Suppliers, Provape). I have stayed with cartomizers so I use a top feeder,

If you have any questions, PM me. Good luck.

Go with the Riva510!! Longer battery life, and a true 3.7volt device. Go with LRBoge Cartomizers! I was in your spot a few months ago and almost made the mistake of getting a regular 510 model, which can be way overpriced, and don't hold their charge as long. Look at the price for the Riva510 starter kit from LibertyFlights. This setup has kept me smoke-free for two months now. Cant be beat! Vape on!

If all you're looking for is longer battery life, the eGo or Riva will do it. However, just to give you an option for something different that's not too exotic, take a look at the e-power at madvapes. It's an eGo lookalike that uses a generic battery. A little more money up front but, a lot cheaper when it's time to replace batteries. My primary vape right now is a homemade box mod but, if I ever do manage to wear out my eGo bats, I'll probably get an e-power as my backup.

I would Just stick with what you have. That model is really good. The Riva is really big and you will look ridiculous.

Riva looks like a small cigar, 'bout the size of a sharpie marker.

Ridiculous is a Roughstack V2 with a 510 extension and storm tank on top
(looks like a pipe bomb, GREAT VAPE!!) or a homemade Puck mod at 5V
(looks like the detonator for the pipe bomb), anyone says anything tell 'em it's a
dead man's switch and don't mess with me....:laugh:

The riva or ego would be a very nice next step, just don't buy too many batteries
right away, if you get the mod bug you'll be trading up. :)
Try a riva or ego, it won't go to waste, it's always a great backup system.

I've been there and done 510-riva/ego then the mod bug bit me. I got a Buzz and a Provari, I won a GLV2 and bought a GLV2 mini. My fave is my Buzz so far. I haven't got the GLV'S yet. Nothing hits like my Buzz I can set it to any atty and get it just right for what ever juice I am using. I wish I haden't waited soooo long to get one.
