the Artemis or Locking DCT tanks will be perfect for you. They're designed only for flanged cartos, and fully lock once assembled. And I think they're reasonably priced.
Snif! Both tanks are for flanged but they have two cutouts to prevent the tank and the carto from spinning. I intend to use this with Phoenix Ravens, the flange is all around. The UDCT was my first thought. I'll search a little more or settle on a regular Smoktech DCT. Thanks!
The AGR is a pyrex tank that has a locking mechanism for flanged cartos. Sold out at the moment. PBusardo had high praise for this, the Artemis not so much.
