That's a pretty wide open playing field.

However, since you aren't rebuilding RBAs and are presumably using clearos, I'd consider picking up an eleaf istick. Small, long battery life, enough power to drive any clearo you have. Works with 510 and eGo threaded toppers. I don't have one myself but they are insanely popular.

MVP
Bigger (but the battery will last 3 days without charging)
Adjustment to 11W Max
510 and EGO connector on the device
adjustments only in .5 increments for V or W

IStick
Small form factor
Better looking display
Battery life, resistance, voltage, wattage on the same display
Adjustments in.1 increments for V and W
20W maximum
Battery life about a day (depends how high you vape)

I would recommend getting something that has replaceable batteries. The V3, MVP and Istick (i think) all have internal batteries that will die within 1-2 yrs typically depending on use some sooner and some possibly even longer but it will happen. A mod with batteries you can swap out should last longer in the big picture. So i guess if you are just looking to get off the smokes and then quit vaping any of the above will work fine as they are legit devices but if you are looking to vape for a while I would invest in the future. A charger and 2 batteries ( what I consider a minimum) will cost around 40. That leaves 60 bucks for a decent mod which is a tad tight. Using the classified here or locally for you that can be done. I acknowledge this is not directly answering your question but if you are unable to find one in the classifieds I would suggest waiting, if you can, until you can add another 20-40 bucks to your budget. There are tons of mods from 80-120 that have a following.

On the Istick vs MVP you need to also include that the MVP has been out for a while with very few problems reported. I personally can't use it much because it has a stiff firing button, but if you have normal hands that shouldn't be an issue. The Istick has pretty poor power management. I don't know all of the technical details, but if you watch P. Busardo's otherwise glowing review he explains it in detail. The result is that if you prefer to vape at lower voltage/wattage you're out of luck. There are also people reporting problems with the 510 connector.

As far as them both being disposable, that isn't a disadvantage for a lot of people. I don't want to swap batteries in and out, and I'm not alone in that. And if you end up deciding you need the high watts you're not likely to want to still have the same device in a year or two.

MVP: Bigger, slightly bigger battery, memory settings, 11 watt max
iStick: Tiny, 20 watt max

Those are the main things I can see. I don't have an MVP, so I'm going based off googling the MVP 2.0.

I would add MVP: Flat signal, iStick PWM. The iStick runs a little hotter than the MVP. I'd choose hands down the iStick.

I seem to recall something about the iStick running a little hotter. I think it uses mean instead of RMS to measure voltage(I may have that reversed), so 10 watts on the iStick is the same as like 12 watts on another device. Not a big deal really. On mine I set it to what I normally set my device, and then bumped it down until I found where I liked it.

Another iStick vote. Have had it for 3 weeks. Love it. It does indeed run hotter because of the mean vs RMS issue... which is really not much of an issue. Just turn it down a few notches. Completely pocket-able and very powerful. $30 to $40 bucks. Add a couple K1 clearomizers and you're rocking serious vapor all day in a tiny package for $50 - 60 total in.

I second the replaceable battery mod. Thing is, you need batteries and a charger first. After that the mods themselves are pretty dam cheap and you will be miles ahead of the built in units.
That said, for price I like the look of the Istick but didn't buy one due to reading that the watts are in mean only.

I don't have anything that goes over 15 watts so far, and things are just fine here, would not want less though. Probably upgrade at some point if I start rebuilding etc. The 3 to 15 watt mods are REALLY coming down in price right now.
