We anticipate a ruling sometime in the next week. It all depends on if new appeals are brought up or not. It's just a waiting game at this point.

Njoy and SE presented a valid legal argument. Everyone has their opinion on whether they agree or not with their argument, however, saying we got screwed is not accurate...
From what I read in the sticky at the top it says that the FDA has no jurisdiction over smokeless products. Do vapes not fall under smokeless product?
It's the FDA that is trying to screw us not SE. Again it is not the manufacturers who's greed ,self importance and short sightedness will kill hundreds of thousands of americans, it is our own government! Wake up. The FDA is not stupid. They know damned well the consequences of their actions as well as what their own studies prove. Our lives are worth far less to them then losing a few dollars!
