I have a lot of mods everything from regulated mods to a handful of mech mods. I love them all and they all have a purpose in my life of vaping. The thing is, they all need a firing button to activate it. I want something I can vape hands free while I'm gaming, typing or when I'm just tired of pressing the firing button. I'm looking for the best ecig that functions like the Blue ecig but I'm having a hard time researching it because I don't know actual the name of this style mod.

If anybody knows the name of this style mod it would be greatly appreciated.

Vape on!

What you currently have are called "manual" batteries. You're looking for an "automatic" battery.

The Smokeless Image Volt (cigarette size) and Volt X2 (ego size) batteries can be purchased as either automatic or manual batteries. They use an 808-threaded connector, not the more common 510-connector. Your juice attachments will need to be 808-threaded to use these batteries; SI sells cartomizers and clearomizers to fit their batteries.

A friend recently gave me one of these in 350mAh. I didn't know there was an eGo-style automatic. It's a little heavy to be hands free, but I found it possible with a CE3 XL or Nano clearo if you pass the drip tip and bite down on the clearo itself. I wouldn't actually vape that way, I was just playing around to see if it could be done.

These look interesting...
V6 Automatic Self Contained System 350mah 6ml - BLACK [gv-V6Auto-BLACK] - $36.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

These look automatic and are 510 threaded...
$8.90 510X-TH 400mAh USB Rechargeable Electronic Cigarette E-Cigarette Set-Black(1.0mL)
(for whatever reason the above link does not work. Go to google.com and search "focal ecig" and it's the top result.)

I have no idea about the quality of either of these devices. Regarding the second one, there was a thread about ordering from focalecig.com recently. They seem to be a new site, located in china and have free shipping like fasttech.

I swear I saw a larger automatic battery somewhere (like mod sized) but now I can't find it! :(

automatic.

For hands free, you need a cigalike. Easyly found with cartomizer type.

The evic is the expensive alternative to auto vaping, i have one but have never used the function myself. you only need to hit the button once and will fire for a user programmed time.

Whoah! I didn't know that! I always wondered how come nobody made something like that!

Ok, so looking at the evic on joyetech site, it looks to me like the evic essentially is an automatic battery system?

You can set how long it stays on for, so it will switch off by itself, but the firing seems to be automatic vacuum switch I'm guessing.

I don't think it has a manual mode.
