Looking for something really quiet and not too much vapor production. Although quietness is the main criteria

Sounds like you do want an mtl atty. look for anything mtl.
Less air, less noise. Less wattage, less juice sizzling.

You will never get anything dead quiet as you need a little bit of air and sizzle for the juice.
Something along the lines of kfun lite type of airflow.

nautilus mini was fairly quiet as I remember. And cheap

I use the cubis pro paired with an Eleaf istick 40 it pops when you first fill the tank but after that it's a mellow hiss depending on the power of your draw
