Whats up at CoV

Hey Everyone!

So besides the usual new products always come in...

I have a small announcement for everyone.

There has been a lot of traveling going on with CoV, with the NY meet just ending, special events for the kids and what not.... WE WILL NOT BE CLOSING!

Now that that is out of the way...

Shipping might be a tiny bit slower for the next week then everyone is used to. I know I know... we always try and ship everything that comes in before 2 pm on the same day if possible, and usually orders that come in after, we have become damn good at it... But I thought everyone should know whats up.

We will be getting all orders out with haste, I just didnt want anyone to worry if their order does not move and get processed right away.

Sorry for the inconvenience folks, but sometimes we cant help when half or more of the CoV team is out.

Got to say you guys are the fastest at shipping I've ever dealt with. One recent order I placed on Sunday afternoon was delivered in NC on Wed. That's pretty damn fast!!!

not to sound rude or anything - but it would have been nice to have some sort of announcement on your site about the delay.

Only reason I ordered from COV is because I've moved to Florida and needed my dual coils fast. Instead they haven't even shipped out.

Again - not the biggest deal, but I definitely think an announcement on your site would have been nice. Not everyone checks ECF.

Look, there was a lot going on around here due to traveling, I was out for several days, Bruce caught a bit of a cold so he wasnt in much, thats almost all of CoV right there.

Here was the situation.

We are working hard to catch up after we finished up with some family traveling.

Bruce caught a bit of a cold, so he hasnt been fit to do much work, he is just resting up and getting better until we have to leave for Chi Town for the meet in eight days.

We hope you can understand, there is a lot going on during this time. We will always work to do our best to take care of everyone!

You should receive a shipping notice soon, like everyone else who has an order up with us.

I am also working on answering all Tickets that are still open as well.

We had a few people that ordered 1.5 ohm Dual Coils that needed to be refunded because we were out of stock of the item.
