So I have mini Buddha and Taifun GT II, they are both producing average amount of vapor? I am using 95% VG fruit juice, on I Stick 40w, coil is 28 ga Kanthal with around 1.4 Ohm's. I am between 12-20 watts but results are the same.

On the other hand, I turn one of my co-workers to vaping, she is using 20w I stick with Aspire tank and is blowing CLOUDS?

Without seeing your vapor in person, it might be hard to say. Could be lung capacity and technique, too. Myself, I doubt I could win a cloud contest, but I can get a lot more vapor from the same tank compared to a friend. I was vaping her Aerotanks last month and she said, "How are you doing that?! What wattage did you put those on?". I said, "8", lol!

I agree with roxy, A lot has to do with your technique, Mouth to lung, direct lung hit, etc.

Aspire what? Atlantis or Triton? If so, of COURSE it's going to blow bigger clouds, because she's using a tank with a lot more airflow than your tanks, and lower resistance coils.

In NYC vape shops should be all over. Stop in and look at dripper atties if you want to show her up. As Croak said, it's all about airflow, juice feed, and design. The Aspire Atlantis is noted for clouds in an RTA format.

In any case, I can get some pretty decent vapour from my GT2 even with its restricted AF!!

That Mini Buddha can put out a surprising amount of vapor, too. Its not an Aromamizer, but its not a slouch either.

You may want to increase the thickness of your coil wire.
Remember, in wire gauges, the higher the number, the thinner the wire is and the thinner the wire, the longer it takes to heat up in Kanthal.
Nichrome heats up faster than Kanthal but doesn't have the life span that Kanthal does. Some say Nichrome also delivers a purer taste than Kanthal.
