Whats wrong with the website? Is it just me?

This little website issue wouldn't prevent orders from 8/5 or 8/6 from shipping would it? Says it's dispatched and I got an e-mail with a EMS tracking #. I still don't have any EMS info yet.


It should be ok,

if you got dispatch notice it should be dispatched.

with allowing for the weekend,
yours has been in transit a few business days only

tracking numbers are the bain of existance

sometimes they take a few days to show on tracking,

sometimes they never show

and the package arrives to your hands
and never shows any tracking-

if there is nothing showing after 7 - 10 BUSINESS days,

contact CS and see if they can track it for you .:)

I'd like to place an order, but yeah, the website isn't working for me too! I'd say this is the biggest Eastmall problem at the moment is not having a functional website. Who cares about what new products have come out when I can't see pic of them or order them! Fix the website already!


The webshop isn't working for anyone-

don't get your knickers in a knot-

it is everyone, not just you --------

because of the irreparable damage done in this last hack attack -

we are having to rewrite the whole thing

and moving to a new server -

so please give us a little more time -
we are working as fast as we can -----

we do not like selling $0.00 per day as well you know -----:(

Well, maybe the website should have a message that says "we are currently down due to a hacker, and we'll be back up soon", so that people know what's going on. It would be better than seeing the hacked site. All you have to do is point your name servers to a different piece of webspace with a message as I suggested, until you get the site running again and are ready to go live. That's what I would do in this kind of situation if it were my site being hacked.

It would be better than seeing the hacked site. All you have to do is point your name servers to a different piece of webspace with a message as I suggested, until you get the site running again and are ready to go live. That's what I would do in this kind of situation if it were my site being hacked.

As of this morning. You can still read through the products and check your account while there, even in the condition it is in. The site was hacked more than once, I think. It has been down since Monday.

OOoops,...As of now. Can't even see anything now. No connection to the WWW.

Maybe the 'new' website is going to be up!

It was left so people could still check their accounts.

They were told many times to NOT USE the site.


but it is gone now-

so you should all be happy now --:)

another day yet- do not panic


and because of the glitch with Eastmall shop website-

we will waive the rule of must be member of eastmall.net
untill site is up again ----

but join as soon as site is up please---------

Because of a hacker they have to completely redue the site. Give them some time it will be well worth it. As soon as it comes up Di will let us know.

I need 510 batteries and attys. Declared another battery dead today. Apparently there is still no way to place an order at Eastmall.

If I don't place an order soon, I could find myself without batteries and/or attys. I'm working on my backup batteries now.

Will keep checking the website. I know building a website is not an easy task. Keep hoping they will toss up a paypal shopping cart or something to get us by, but does not look like that is going to happen. I'm sure I am just one of hundreds of customers who keep checking the website and hoping we'll find it up and running.

I hate to do this, but I have no choice. I'm going try to find another supplier before *panic* mode sets in here. Wish me luck.
