What's Your Best Custard Recipe?

Ok so I will be taking delivery of my D.I.Y starter mixing kit today, along with around 12 to 15 different flavourings, I have some recipes in mind but I am a custard/cream/desert fiend and i wondered if anyone had discovered a face melting recipe that in your opinion RULES all.
