I help customers while fixing issues cause by other agents. LOL I fix the internet and phone when it doesn't work.

Aviation Electronics Technician to be exact. I have been in almost 10 years now and have been in two F/A-18 Hornet Squadrons and worked both sides of the Fleet Readiness Center (maintenance and calibration).

Ex-Inside Machinist for a DoD contractor.(primarily manual lathes/mills...but i programmed and ran the 2 CNC mills and 1 CNC turning center as well)....now transplanted into the world of EMS. Started as a Volunteer and stepped into the world of Medical Transport. I still volunteer 48hrs a month for the largest volunteer EMS system in the states. and...working on my Medic cert as we speak. I love my job...career.
