I'm doing a degree in animal care, though a fair bit older than most of my peers as I waited until I was in my 30s to go to university. My career options are limited due to disability, though I am loving volunteering in a cat rescue centre and hope to be employed there one day. To pay the bills I have a part time job in the dry cleaners, so I am looking forward to the day I can leave that and go work with animals as I will have to deal with less bodily fluids then!
