I'm an early retiree having been a Legal Secretary, then a Medical Secretary. I always wanted to retire before pensionable age so we saved for many years and then moved from the UK to France to be able to afford to do it

I drive a school bus for 42 weeks a year, I'm a stay at home Mom 10 weeks a year. Well this year probably less because of all these storms!
I'm the news editor for a small newspaper. Since I'm the only editor I also do sports, photography, crime, cover local schools and government and what is happening on the community.
IT Support Administrator for a university. I like my job so much that I would do it for free if I had won a lottery.
20 years in public child welfare, right now a regional social services project director. and a doggie foster parent for free.
Identification Specialist Supervisor for the Maine State Police. Basically I'm a fingerprint and criminal history specialist and I supervise five minions doing background checks and working in the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS). I've been doing this for 13 years and I love it!

I am just a worker in corporate sector and most of my work is outdoor so vaping is no problem for me.
To make a broad observation, I find it interesting that there are so many technology jobs present. The other forums I go to are pet forums. Their majority are in health and human services.
U.S. Army, IT and Telecom. Job description veries GREATLY based on what my current unit's mission is. My current unit is all about the technical stuff with NO deployments, whereas my last unit was basically all tactical with lots of deployments.
