So far I've only tried PA/FA Lemon (at 15%), and it seems a bit dull to me. What's your fave for bright, juicy, realistic lemon (and at what percentage)?
If it matters, I mostly like lemon for mixing: lemon cookies, lemon cake, lemon cream, lemon butterscotch. I'd love to be able to reproduce the taste of my lemon curd, and I'd love to know your favorite lemon recipes, too!
