Aside from flavor preference what is your nicotine amount?

Great info...gonna hit an e-cig store here in the 'big city' this week to get some fresh flavors in 24mg. along with a VV batt like Ego/Vision and some accessories to experiment with. I guess everyone eventually finds their favorite combination. Things sure changed a lot in the past year since I bought my Riva, which I like. I'll geek around at home and at work with some newer hardware and juices to cut out the analogs again for good.

I'm starting out with 24mg may try 30mg and using a lower voltage. Less vape and more nicotine. At least I hope it is. I'm new. I started high because the last 4 year of off and on cigar Inhaling of my 20 year smoking I was really getting a big nicotine hit. I plan to try flavors and to move down to at least 16mg as I hear the is where the mark is for Toxicity. Just what I was told. I know some that are below 16mg. But they were not the heavy smoker I was. Inhaling cigars was really bad. Got a lot of crud at the end of the smoke.

:toast:I just started hardcore vaping last Thursday. I started with a Blu and their 16mg juice that I'd had from a previous attempt, but realized that I was chain vaping, and would still smoke 2-4 cigs a day. So, I got a new, simple lil' setup from Bloog with some 24mg juice. That has helped bigtime! I've not had a cigarette or even craved them in 2 days now!! Thanking the Vapor Gods for my "Binky"!

It took 24 mg/ml for me to stop using combustible cigs. That was on a kr808 (3.7V) with a 3 Ohm carto. I didn't change up my gear til I'd been smoke free for about 6 months. Over time (a long time) my tolerance for nicotine has decreased, and I currently use at 4-8 mgs/ml. (3.4- 4.8 V and 2.0 Ohm cartos)

I've been vaping for 6 months now. The first few tries were close enough to quit, but when the e-cig was charging I still smoked some combustibles.

I finally got an e-go 650mah battery with a standard atty, some 12-18mg of strawberry and it lessened my smoking to half of what I normally buy. 3 months after the decrease in real cigs, i went down to 6mg and I am now smoking about 1/2 stick of the real thing. Hopefully another month or so I can totally quit the stinkies! I hope you find your flavor and your nic level.

I started at 36mg and stayed there for nearly two years before dropping down to 24mg. Once I made that drop, it was easy after a few months to start using 18mg some of the time. Now I'm using anything from 12-19mg and I'm still chugging along. My goal is to be at 12mg only by the end of the year but if I don't make it, that's ok. I'm still not smoking.
