I have been reading and reading about making my own juice and I am about 1 week away from placing my very first order for supplies (I'm soooo excited!). I am just trying to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible from the beginning. I have decided that I want to get a variety of flavors from Flavour Art and The Flavor Apprentice and I want to place my first order from a place where I can get everything I need all in one order. It looks to me that I can almost accomplish this by ordering from RTS Vapes. I say "almost" because I don't see the ethyl maltol on their site. Is there another name for that? I like sweet so I think I really need some of this. Anyway, I would like to know what you guys think. Are there any good reasons I shouldn't order from them or is there a better option? I will be needing everything (nicotine, pg, vg, flavor, syringes). I do have a bunch of bottles that I have saved from the juice I have been buying (hee hee). Speaking of bottles. Where do the ones with the really tiny tip come from? I can't seem to tell from the pics/descriptions on the web sites I have been looking at. The bottles I have are mostly the skinny ones but some are kind of big and it is easier for me to fill my Vivi Nova's with the tiny ones. I will really appreciate any helpful suggestions!

Yes, TPA/TFA calls EM Cotton Candy. (not the Circus one, just plain Cotton Candy)

EM is useful for much more than sweetening. If I just want sweet I use sweetener.

OK, thank you so much Hoosier! I keep looking for posts/recipes about sweeteners. What do you use as a sweetener? I went and read your blogs. Very helpful and straight forward (thanks for that). I guess I missed something because it seemed like all of the discussion about sweetening was in the section about EM. So if I should be using something else I would like to know what it is please. I still plan to get the EM and I already have MTS Wizard on my list too! I am just trying to get all of the relevant info that I can so that I can do a good job at it when I start making this for myself. I am very much looking forward to this being a fun and tasty experience. Not a lesson in frustration.

It looks like no one has anything negative to say about RTS Vapes. I suppose that's a good sign. I am a little surprised with the lack of opinions considering the size of this community.

TPA/TFA has a sweetener called Sweetener. I use sweetener on fruits that need it, but don't need the candy-ing effect of EM. Heck I have a few recipes that use a bit of EM and a bit of sweetener. My sweetener is my own thing that I make, but it's affects are pretty much just like the one from TPA/TFA.

It would not be a nice thing if I gave my opinion of RTS, but I will say that I never have and will never buy anything from there. We'll call it a personal matter and leave it at that. I also don't do business with Liberty Flights, but that is due to a CS issue I had with them. I don't tell others where not to buy stuff as a general rule. I'm sure there are hundreds of folks here that are happy with RTS and LF.

OK, thanks again! Also, I appreciate that you let me know that you won't do business with RTS. Niceness aside, I think people should let other people know when they have been "wronged" (for lack of a better word) by some company. If people don't say anything then the company doesn't get held responsible for their shoddy business practices and have no incentive to do a better job. It is very likely there are hundreds of people here that are ticked off with them, if no one is complaining. If this topic is a little uncomfortable for whatever reason maybe you would be willing to PM me with a few names of places you like? Since you have been doing this for a while I'm sure you have figured out a few good, reputable places to do business with. I really would like to learn a few things from your experience. If you will allow me to.
