wheezing after 15 weeks?

Hi all - quit analogs in (pack a day +) in march and picked up the vape. Started at 20 nic and have worked my way down to currently 6 nic. Consistent 60vg 40pg mix. No problems at all up until last week - noticed i was wheezing, struggling to breathe, coughing, etc. The fits last anywhere from 20 min to an hour max. Happens mostly in the am but occasionally late afternoon as well.

I don't even remember this kind of thing when I was smoking analogs.

Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!

Could be your lungs are clearing out the gunk. I'm no doctor though and I don't play one on tv, so don't be afraid to go to a real one.

I did experience a similar thing after I had quit for a while and it went away after I had purged the last remnants of my smoking past.

You can try lowering your VG. For some of us, too much VG can make us wheeze or have a heavy feeling in our lungs. I start to notice it even at 40%vg sometimes. Just a possibility. Could be anything, from previous smoking damage to flavor sensitivities.

Add some distilled water to the juice. That makes it thinner. Feels more like smoke.
