I'm a vaping newbie, so I have very little experience to go by, but it seems to me that one should avoid blowing into the atty from the cart end. My reasoning is that this would tend to force more juice and junk from the atty into the small holes.

I've always blown from the threaded battery side in an attempt to blow any blockage in the small holes out, instead of potentially making any blockage even worse by driving more gunk towards the small holes. I figure that by keeping the airflow always going in the same direction while either vaping or cleaning, there's less chance of creating any blockages.

Occasionally, with the manual battery still connected, I also do my best to cover up the vents on the battery/atty connection point between my thumb and forefinger, and *suck* from the cart end. Since it's near impossible to ever completely seal it off, this tends to focus the suction down just one small hole at a time, and seems to do an even better job clearing the small holes. If you try this, you just have to make sure there isn't excess liquid in the atty, or else you'll likely get some in your mouth.
