I got tired of getting dizzy blowing out my attys and mouthpieces with excess juice. The semi-soft vinyl hose on this inflater pump has the exact ID to fit 510 components. It pumps on both strokes, and really works a treat! Not too much pressure, and easy to control. It also works great to get all the isopropyl alcohol out after an overnight soak.

I used compressed air, but I'll have to check out the pump

If by compressed air you mean canned air, be more than careful with that - stop that! Canned air is NOT just air, it has propellants and nasty stuff called difluoroethane (a type of freon). They also add bitterants to try to prevent people from inhaling the contents to get high. So, at best you will be adding bad taste, at worst you could be poisoning yourself.

He may be referring to air from a shop compressor. Most of them let you dial down the PSI though, so you should be able to set it to a safe level.

Thanks for that caution. I hope plenty of people see it before they try using the cans.
I've been working on my lung power alone, but I've been thinking about using the can of compressed air on my desk for keyboard cleaning and wondering about that issue.

I've been using a Giotto Large Rocket Blaster for a week or so, and it is the bomb for clearing out attys and carts. It has a one-way valve so it only blows, doesn't suck. Gives a surprisingly powerful blast with a squeeze. Two or three good squeezes with it on an atty or cart and it's clean. Highly recommended.
