I definitely feel your pain there, Zero. I agree 100%. Also, when I'm stressed out/upset and whenever I've consumed any amount of alcohol.
I can honestly say never. Now after a few months the first month was the hardest. Most of the time I don't even vape that much any more. Just when I drive, drink coffee or wine. 
Wow I hardly do anymore, when I do it's when I'm board or around a social event and there is no food lol

After eleven year out of my mother land (Cuba) missing my cradle ciagarettes never found in USA and not be allow to smoke at work or a home and six month vaping I think that I would never take an analog again I even hate when I smell a smoker breath, I rather die if have to go back to analog and I use to do more than 2 pack a day,

That's right Liscab..you are from the home of good cigars! I am from Tampa, the former "Cigar City". No matter how good they are, I don't want another one. I want to be a non-smoker! Not for any of the usual reasons, but because I refuse to be beated by a stupid plant!

I am in a big fight againg smoking, I love smoking but lately it have been for me very disgusting seeing people smoke, but I could'nt stop smoking ,(just vaping stop smoking),now I vape as a crazy vaper but for sure I want to brake loose with this thing, I have to find a way to Bake the cold turkey until it gets over cooked and becomes edible anymore

Liscab, I grew up with Cuban, Spanish and Italian people. Their brand of English always fascinated me..but I have to say..baking the cold turkey kind of threw me! I am still scraching my head...lol

Just noticed this question and had to post a reply. I only just started with e-cigs but I find I crave an analog all the time - when I wake up, after eating, when I'm on the comp, on the phone - as you can see virtually all the time. Does it wear off after a while or is it that if it's going to work for you the difference starts on day 1?

I think everyone is different. Just give yourself some time, and don't stress out about it. Don't know what mg of nicotine you're using, but you might want to up it to see if that makes a difference.
Hi Raeburn, Sodoku is right..you may not be getting enough nic. Also you may be stressing too much! If you need a smoke..have one for Pete's sake! You will wake up one day and find you just don't need one.

Glad to see this topic. I started vaping a week ago after who knows how many years of smoking a pack plus per day. The first couple of days I allowed myself what I called a comparison smoke once in a while and found that I went down to 6 or 7 analogs a day. Now I allow myself 2 in the am with my wake up coffee, 1 in the afternoon and 2 in the evening. The rest of the time I'm vaping. I'll be cutting out the afternoon one this week. It'll be easier as I find the flavors I prefer, as well as the nic strength that works for me.
