For myself I got very lucky last week being that I just started a new warehouse job and the manager allows me to stealth vape indoors. That got me thinking that there must be so many people who are stuck because their situation is not in their favor. That had me wondering how others in such situations cope. It must be difficult. I just feel bad for those others. So I posed the question on how they deal with it because I'd hate to be in their situation so I want to know how they handle it.

Most places of employment offers you two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute break in an 8 hour shift. (In some places this is mandated by state law)

For most people, you go to work at 8, take a 15 minute break at 10, then take lunch at 12 or 12:30, then take another 15 around 2 or 3, then home at 5..

You rarely, at any job, go much more than two hours without enough of a break to get your nic fix which gets you through just fine, especially because when your busy, you rarely think of vaping.

In the warehouse I work the hours are 8-6 with a 10 minute break at 11, lunch an hour long at 1:00 and 10 minute break at 4. For the first few days it was overwhelming, just because it's 10 hours of hard work so the breaks seemed small and I was craving nic all day even with the breaks. I must be heavily addicted and I chain vape when I'm home too.

For breaktime you might want something that hits like a tank then, something in the sub ohm category where you can get more nic faster.. and drip a drop of e juice on your finger and suck it off when you need that extra bit of nic to get through to break.

I'm wondering how others manage throughout the day in a work setting or any other setting where it's generally hard to get your nicotine fill etc, especially those who work long hours and are highly addicted to vaping nic. What's your method for getting through that time? How do you manage?
A stealthy little pod mod called the Myjet, using 80pg/20vg DIY Nic salts juice (32 to 36 mg nic), for low vapor and no smell. Bathroom break, a duck around a corner no when ones around, a quick hit or two and you're good to go.

Using a Smoke Buddy Jr. while vaping will allow you to vape in a restroom, or anywhere else for that matter, with no visible vapor at all.

I hadn't even thought about that and I got one after you told me about it. I'll have to try that in the bathroom next time..lol

And How Much do you Vape Right Now?

I've had instances where I couldn't vape for extended periods while traveling, and for me, a few drops of eliquid soaked into a corner of a napkin and placed between the cheek and gum like a snus pouch does the trick wonderfully. You can actually calculate a dose if you figure out how many drops per ml, and what mg/ml your eliquid is.

I have been vaping for about 3 years since I quit smoking. I vape about 15ml of 6mg juice and tootle puff about 3ml on a 1.8 coil with 18mg juice.

I have high anxiety. For me vaping not only takes away the nic craving but it also brings my anxiety down. But not having the nic when needed makes the situation worse. I hope some can relate.

Gotcha.

The Reason I asked was that If you had Recently Quit smoking, going without Vaping can be Tough. But it Does get better for Many/Most people.

The Anxiety thing though kinda throws a Wrench into all this. I'm sure you have, but what does your Doctor suggest?

Do you think taking a Slightly Higher Nicotine to work would Help. Maybe a 24mg/ml?

BTW - Do you carry your Mod with you at Work? Or do you Leave it in your Car or your Locker/Desk?
