Is it normal for atty's to start acting weird when the liquid gets low?
Mine starts kind of gurgling a bit. There seems to be enough juice in it to cover the top of the coil and everything. But it always seems to happen when it gets down to like an 8th of a tank....

Maybe a silly newbie question. But wanted to know if it was normal?

I'm working through coil issues. Trying to keep them clean so hoping that isn't my problem.

Seems odd some have this issue while others, myself included, can vape them dry without gurgling.

Longer easier draws seem to keep the tank pressure balanced better.
Once it does start gurgling you need to remove the tank hold it bottom UP and blow gently through the mouth piece to push out escess liquid in the tube. Keep a napkin on the 510 fitting to catch excess.

Remember Bottom UP, it you try blowing it out with the bottom down you will siphon the remaining liquid and never clear the pipe.

I remember reading something about vaccum in a tank (citation anyone?), and that keeping your tank more than a 3rd full helps, I refill my tanks at 1/2 and rarely have a gurling issue.

I bet that was a pleasant experience... I did it with a tank of fire and ice... My mouth still tingles

I don't have one ADV, so when one my tanks gets low and starts to act up, I'm ready for a new flavor.
I pour the last little dribbles into a tank I've labled Left Overs
I then pull the wick out of the old one, rinse the tanks and coil, dry burn the empty coil clean, re-wick it, fill with the new flavor.

Because the juice gets thicker as you vape it down low, the dribbles can be pretty thigk.
So I will add some unflavored "nic base" to the "dribble" tank" once in a while.
Anyway, I find that with all the flavor combinations I keep adding to the dribbles tank, it can tastes better than what I'm vaping at the time.
It's a way to not waste the juice .. it really adds up, I was surprised at how fast, how much and how good it is.
I'm vaping 4 or 5 flavors at a time, and the "left over" tank is one of them.
Just passing on an idea, but it works for me.
