I know this probably sounds like a noob question but then again I am still a bit of a noob lol. When will I know when to change out my coil head on my T3S clearo? Will I start to get less flavor/ vapor production or what? Because I've had the same coil head on my T3S for close to a month now and haven't noticed much of a decrease in performance besides maybe a little less vapor production but that's it.

I second that motion, I actually have 3 coils rotating in each of my BCC's I have one in the tank, one in a Jar of everclear, and one on a towel to dry, After every tank I rotate. I have been keeping 4 tanks going on 12 heads for about 6 months now, Since BCC's have lower chances of dry hits I find they take a while to "burn up" especially if they are taken care of

The gurgle is usually juice getting somewhere it shouldn't.
What kind of device are you using?
On an EVOD, for instance, gurgling after cleaning is usually one of 3 things:
a) You got a little juice in the air tube - I run a pipecleaner through there every time I refill
b) You didn't get the coil head tight enough and a little is leaking past there - tighten that coil head every couple fills - somehow it can actually loosen during use
c) Maybe a little water left somewhere - this usually causes WEAK vapor right after cleaning, rather than gurgles - but it's something else to look out for. Dry everything real good... If you DO get a super weak hit right after cleaning, it may be that - and it will often self correct with a few strong draw hits.

Im using a Kanger T3S with a ego 900mah battery. It was gurgling before I cleaned it but it seems to be fine now. It was probably either a or b, I didn't know the coil head could loosen lol I'll definitely make sure to tighten it after a fill or two. Another guess that I had was that the center tube goes all the way up into the drip tip and juice can get into the tip if it is at the right angle so some may have gotten into it from there (just a guess). Thanks for the help :)

d) Have those little flavor wick(s) in place. Remove the too short stock ones and if you don't have any 1 or 2mm silica onhand then cut the wicking off a old top coil atty. That should stop the gurgling and leaking
I get a couple weeks off one of my rebuild heads but I rinse and dryburn it clean every couple days before it tastes burn't, once its burn't you can't get the taste out of the silica no matter how much soaking you do.

When to change the coil.... When it starts to taste funky or not produce as much vapor. Beware the performance drops off slowly so you might not notice it until it gets real bad tho.

Yeah now that I changed the coil I can definitely tell a major difference lol. The main thing I noticed was the vapor production but the flavor was still descent. I cleaned the previous head so maybe I can get a bit more life out of it before I have to chunk it :p
