When to fill cartomizers

Yup, me again with my dumb question of the day. When filling cartomizers, is it best to pre fill them up to a day before use so the juice can soak in better, or should I wait until just before I am ready to vape one before filling? If pre fill happens to be the best should I top them off before use or just put it on the battery and puff away. I am still having trouble getting consistancy in my vaping?

I've filled cartomizers and left them in my travel case unused for a good month at a time. Then just screw 'em on and vape.
I do however keep the little rubber caps in both ends.
I don't use them often 'cause I find I have to give a good 4-5 puff/drags to get them going. They do last a while though.

I prefill mine the night before so they can soak. It's part of my prep routine for work the next day. I also roll the carto for a few seconds before I put it on to redistribute the juice.

I fill then up the night before for work, but at home I will just fill one up and use it immediately, refilling as needed. Honestly I have never found any difference as far as draw, consistency, etc between pre-filling and using immediately

I fill one up the night before to vape with my morning coffee (too damn hard to fill up in the morning when my eyes can barely focus LOL). But other then that one, I fill them up thru the day as needed. For a week or so, I was filling up 3 or 4 at night to use thru the next day. But I have realized that I can fill them up pretty quick (in just a minute or two) as needed. So there's no real use in pre-loading a bunch unless I know I'm going to be traveling.

Just switched to the Ego-T and a noticed a huge difference already. The prep time is cut way down, The vapor production is much greater, and the taste quality is much better. I still have cartomizers for back-ups if and when I need them though.
