Seems that way, I agree. No matter the nic level, you're not smoking! Congratulations!

Yes it is. The only time I worry about the nic much is when I speak to someone who doesn´t understand that it really is a miracle. To go from 2 and half packs a day at the end of 40 years of smoking to 0 :thumb:

When I hear their comments it gets me down. That is why I hang out here sometimes to keep my thinking straight.

I would over time like to cut it down in the long term just so as not to be addicted to anything but all in due time.

Don't let the naysayers get you down. Over the past almost 5 years of vaping for me I have had a couple of folks say "but it still has nicotine in it" and my answer was "yes it does but it isn't the nicotine that kills. It is the other 1000's of chemicals and the smoke that kills". That shut them right up because they had nowhere else to go with it. Hang in there. You are doing great

You know it is time to lower your nicotine intake when you start feeling strange or getting an upset stomach or headache. Even at 3MG I can chain vape a bit too much and start to feel a headache coming on or stomach starts to feel upset. Usually happens after using a sub ohm tank!
