When will there be Grands for sale on the web site?

OK, I'm confused. The official word was:
" I have some ready .lets say 4/1/11 maybe sooner or later by a couple days."

Now it's:
"Grands are being prepped for anodizing 4/11/11 is my best guess could be a couples days sooner"

Are we talking about 2 different batches or the same batch? Did we just move the date back 11 days? I don't mind. But I don't want to miss it by thinking it's going to be the wrong date.

From what I've seen in the past the date is never firm untill they are in Roberts hands.

Correct....he's doing the best he can, but is at the mercy of the machinists and the anodizers. So for the moment, the 11th is his best guess.

I just don't want to be checking his site 10 times a day if it will be later.

Now I know its the same batch and will be at least the 11th if not later. I just saved a whole lot-o clicking refresh for no reason.

I just snagged the Jatoba/Zebra, I didn't have the patience to wait till the end of the month. I'm sure I'll be waiting again next month for a Grand or mini.

The picture looks really pretty, so I'm sure it'll be much nicer in person.

MrSmith, don't forget to register ahead of time to save some time, also you can click "notify when available" enter your email and he will send you an email with a link to the one you want when he has it ready. This is what I've been told anyway, so I did that as well. Can't wait for my turn!

Mvgratz after receiving the Woodvil you may not want a Grand. But no one can have to many REO's. I have a Grand, Mini and Woodvil. My Mini doesnt get used that much since the Grand came out but no way will I part with it. The Woodvil is my favorite PV. Congrats on getting one!

Ooooh, bamboo would be sweet after a tungoil bath to darken it up just a skosh.
This would look pretty cool (disreguard the item in the picture, I mean the wood/pattern)
