I'd go for function over form,
The disposable small ones look good and are convenient but no idea whats in them and your throwing away batteries each time.
The small pod vapes in general don't give you as much control/customisation but they look good and are pretty convenient,
I've gone for the a rechargeable mod, its smaller than the mods with replaceable batteries so its pretty convenient to carry around while it allows me to put on different tanks and coils its able to handle up to 80 watts thats its only limiting factor.
The bigger replacable battery mods are complete function where you can put any tank etc on it and have very high wattages ive seen up to 220 watts.

I think its best to figure out what level of convenience or customisation you want and then there are a bunch of options at each level with different aesthetics
