Shabbar - Mine gets send to our little post office with an account for the customs charges. I have never really checked how they get to the amount, but it never has been steep - about our VAT rate. Sometimes they send a letter asking for an invoice. Best then is to phone them with your int. tracking number. They will then give you a local tracking number, which you have to write on the invoice and fax to them. Will then be released and sent to you Post Office. If you are in more of a hurry you can phone them when you know your package is here - they will check on their system - you then follow the procedure above.
