Where can I buy PG/VG online in Canada?

I saw on amazoncom they sell 1 quarter for around 13$ but they cannot ship it to Canada.

I saw a couple of products on the canadian version but it's not explicitly written USP on the product description.
The website I buy from is overpriced for PG and VG (10$ more!)

Any idea folks?

I buy my PG/VG from Ebay. Maybe check there?

Just did a quick search and I DID find PG/VG vendors located in/shipping to Canada.

Funny though--quantities for both PG and VG are listed seperately in both liters/ML and quarts/OZ and if you do the math, those sold in liters are more expensive than those listed in Quarts...

Again though..excellent quality.
