Where can I find permission milestones?

New member as of yesterday. I've lurked here a few times and after getting my 2nd "e-cig" (Volcano Lavatube 2.0) I decided it was time to join for the wealth of info here.

Anyway, to my point

I have already discovered that I have to post 5 times in New Members before posting anywhere else. (I've reached that one)

I just read in a new members info thread that I have to have 15 posts before my profile pic will show.

Last night I read somewhere about needing 20 posts before posting in Classifieds.

I wanted to post in some threads about the Lavatube, but do not have permission. I thought that was included in the 5 post thing.

So, what do I need to make posts wherever? Or where can I find this info in a nice, simple list?

Once I get three more posts, I can have a signature. I'd like one like yours and Volcano has one similar to yours on their forum. Is there a link/calculator thing here somewhere?
