Where can I find what I'm looking for?

Hi,

I'm new here. I live in Canada and I'm on Average a 20 a day smoker looking to switch (or at least try!) e-cigarettes.

I read the new user tips and I think the Ego is the one that suits me best (seems to be good for heavier smokers)

My only real condition is that I don't want to refill the cartridges myself so I think cartomizers are the best option for me. according to the guide the Ego supports this.

So, considering I'm in Canada where is the best place to get what I'm looking for (Ego with disposable cartridges)?

Note: I'll be in Plattsburgh for the weekend. Is there a place I can pick them up there, in person? Is that the better option.

Boge cartos are the simplest and most popular for 510-threaded devices.

Take a peek at Hoosier E Cig Supply they have pre-filled 'filters' (cartomizers) you just screw on the battery and vape. I'd suggest the KGO from there. It's an eGo upgrade with higher volts (harder cigarette-like hit) and longer lasting battery. Be sure to choose the pre-filled cartomizers if you want no fuss. They ship to Canada. You'll get good advice in the Canada forum also. Welcome to ECF and your journey into vaping.

If you get cartomizers you'll need to fill them. Pre-filled carts suck compared to doing them yourself, which really isn't that big of a deal.

There might be pre-filled cartos out there, but I've never seen them when looking at supplier's sites.

Strigoi hit the nail on the head, pre-filleds won't taste as flavorful or be as economical as filling you own. It was worth it to me to make the transition easy with prefilled ones. I didn't know juice existed (bought a kit at the mall). A lot of us started with those and graduated to juice and other goodies on the market later. Whatever works for you is your right way

Yep, I started out on pre-filled carts and finding out about filling my own was a game changer. I still have a couple of friends that just refuse to fill their own though. The pre-filled ones are good enough for them.

The juices that work best for me in Boge cartos and all simple stuffing cartos is PG w/ 20% or less VG and I avoid juices that leave a lot of flavoring sediment in the stuffing. I can get 10 days use out of a Boge. Don't put untested juices in cartos. I recommend a drip tip on the atomizer (normal non-tank atomizer) for trying juices. If your atomizer is 9.2mm diameter then it uses a 510 drip tip. If a fat tube atomizer, then an Ego drip tip should fit.

Some people manage to clean and dry cartos to get more use out of them. I don't.

Thanks for all the advice. To be honest I still feel overwhelmed but I think I'll go ahead and get something that I'll fill myself. My only issue now is to find the right supplier. The Canada forum has so much info I feel overwhelmed but I'll spend some time trying to get organized.

Please excuse the double post.

It looks like my best bet is the Gentelmens Reserve.

They have the Joye Ego starter kit, and LR atomizers that I've placed in cart.

Can anyone vouch for them or their juices?
