Absolutelyecigs.com has a great customize your kit option, but, they're in china... Shipping is annoying.

Anywhere in the US do this kind of kit for a bearable price?

I personally would recommend the Volcano pcc. They ship from Hawaii and offer a 2 day FedEx shipping option for 7.99, or free shipping over a certain $ amount, which is usually 3-4 days. Either way, I've been using mine, and love it, the pcc charges as fast as wall charging and can easily do it 5 times before you need to recharge the pcc.
