I'm not sure there is such a thing (for sale). I've heard rumors that Cybervex may be coming out with a 5V Bartleby, but he's certainly not updated his webpage to that effect.

I predict that 5V+ devices will be on their way out. I think Drew has really hit on something with his low resistance attys (used with his Magnum and Phidias Woodimus). Once he starts selling the attys separately (that's a hope, not inside knowledge), they will transform vaping as we know it.

You see, it's not necessarily high voltage that we crave, but 8-10 watts (i.e., power), which is based on battery voltage and atomizer resistance (measured in ohms). watts = volts X volts / ohms.

And there have been too many exploding mods (using unprotected and/or stacked batteries). A low-resistance atty on a high mAh true 3.7V battery (e.g., 18650 or even 14500) should knock your socks off.

There are plans to make a simple and cheap 5v box mod on MadVapes website. They also carry all the parts needed to make them. I made one for a friend and if you can do it yourself it will only cost you arround $20 or so. (But I'd have to charge almost $50 to cover parts, labor and shipping if I was going to make more.)

I just took a look at these 5V mods. No real good pics, no interior shots, and The Clouds of Vapor one does not even appear to have a momentary activation switch. With no mention of what regulator is being used I assume it's one of these cheap regulators that are now been used that in no way compare to the high quality Texas Instruments one that was originally used in these mods. That one provided a true 5V, constant vape, from start to finish. These $2 cheapies function more like a resistor that simply cap the initial voltage and do not maintain a constant voltage. They drop, and will continue to drop into the 3V range, plus too many problems have been reported by Joye 510 users.

LOL. That's the cheap inadequate regulator I was referring to. It does not maintain a constant 5V, it drops well below 4V, when on even when not vaping it's using power and it has trouble with real Joye 2.1Ω atties, often cutting out. There are much better choices from Texas Instruments for a few dollars more.
