I am currently training in Oklahoma City and I will run out of cartos for my vapor king. Is there a place in OKC where I can walk in and get juice or new cartos?

Many smoke shops will carry a small selection of juice. That's the only thing that saved me from going back to analogs the first week I was vaping, since I severely miscalculated the number of cartos I would need and my first order of juice from the internet wasn't due to arrive for another few days. It's probably not going to be the best juice ever, and you might end up having to buy weird flavors due to lack of selection, but it's better than going back to analogs.

Good point. I forgot to mention you'll spend $20 to get 5mL of juice, but that 5mL should last you the equivalent of 2-3 packs of analogs so it's about break-even. I definitely wouldn't buy juice from a smoke shop except in an emergency (or unless an enlightened place opened up nearby with competitive prices and huge selection from multiple vendors), but when it's that or get analogs I know what I'd do.
Found a place in OKC that sells replacement cartridges but the guy doesn't know what kind they are. I am gonna to go by there tomorrow after training and set what he has. Oh yeah, I have been to a couple 7-11s here and no e-cig stuff.
Some 7-11's carry Njoy Npro cartos but that is the rebrander model KR808D-2 (not -1) - looks like Vapor King but threads are incompatible with Vapor King. Ditto for most carto models at mall kiosks.
Alien Visions E-Juice Don't know if they have a brick & morter...but they got tastey juices and are outstanding to buy from! 
I went by the Tobacco Exchange and they had something called the Cig2o. It is a rebrand of the K808D-1. They did have some cartomizers and they were 14.95 for a pack of 5! Oh well, I bought them and hope they will last for another week. I wish I could find the actual address of Vapor Kings and go by there.
I called Alien Visions and left a message. They called me right back and we had a good conversation about vaping. He had alot of helpful information for a noob like and I really appreciate that. I am going to buy a 510, a drip tip, and a whole bunch of his juice when I get back to home station.

but his orders get to me the next day if I order from website B-4 2pm .

I have not seen anything anywhere & I have called around some too.
I have heard that the smoke shop @ Newcastle Casino carries some e-cigs &
some of the little gas station type stores around the base carry some too.

They are the best company ever. I live 10 minutes from their store and I've been there already 4 times since they opened. They're just outside of Tulsa in Sand Springs. Their hours are 6-5 M-F. They could mail you some juice and cartos and you'd have them (usually) overnight. If you have some time, drive up the turnpike to their store. They will help any way they can....they are a great company made up of super nice people.
I wish I could drive up there but with all the training my time is very limited. I'm just gonna tough it out until I can get back to home station.
OH MAN!! THIS IS AWESOME!! This is like thirty minutes from my house!!! SCORE!!!
