Congrats on branching out to DIY. I've been brewing my own for a few months now, and my main supplier is Wizard. For basic measuring, I use a 5ml, a 3ml, and a 1ml syringe, and a 12ga needle for VG, 14ga for flavors and pg... no other equipment really needed to start with except for bottles to mix in. Put clear packing tape around the barrels of the syringes if you want to keep the numbers clear. Once you find something you like, you may want to get a measured flask and some larger syringes, but if you're just experimenting with small batches you don't need a whole lot.

As noted before, check out the DIY forum... lots of helpful people and info available there!

Use sucralose, not saccharine. Saccharine degrades at vaping temperatures. Wizard does sell "Sweetener", which is sucralose. Cotton Candy is usually Ethyl Maltol, which they also sell under they Ethyl Maltol name in either liquid or crystals.

At any rate, go easy on the sweetener... a couple drops is all you need per 5ml. Ethyl maltol can go a bit higher, but then it changes to that Cotton Candy sweetness at some point and is a little overpowering.

Another Okie here! Like the others say, Wizard Labs has great prices and very reasonable shipping.

But you might want to consider Mt Baker Vapor as well. They have excellent juice at a bargain price, and they also sell DIY flavorings. Very reasonable shipping and very fast.

Also there is Capellas Flavor Drops. They have recently reduced their prices to be more in line with the others, and their shipping is not bad.

butterscotch flavor tfa
caramel tfa flavor
cotton candy flavor tfa
strawberries & cream tfa
sweet tarts type flavor tfa
vanilla cupcake flavor tfa
strawberry flavor tfa
cheesecake graham crust flavor tfa
mint choc chip flavor la
That is a list of flavors i bought for now any good recipe suggestions that i can try with these?

IMHO, you limited yourself by getting flavors that are already combined, instead of sticking with single flavors.
Say, if you got a Mint and a Chocolate, you could make your own chocolate/mint, also caramel/chocolate, strawberries/chocolate, etc.
The same with strawberries and cream... you already have the berries, and might have just gotten a plain cream to mix with other things...

I use a Sugar Cream flavor (not to be confused with 'Sweet Cream') as a sweetener... rounds out any mix nicely, without giving it that artificial taste!!

Also... start out by mixing a small amount (5-10ml) of the flavors by themselves 1st... that way you will know how strong they are, and which ones might go together best... and you can always use them to mix together, too.

Good Luck... but mainly Have Fun!! :)

FYI: Using your same list, I would have gone with something more like this...

butterscotch
caramel
cotton candy
?? cream (there are a lot of them)
sweet tarts
vanilla
cupcake (or cake batter)
strawberry
cheesecake graham crust
?? mint (a lot of these, too)
chocolate (fudge, double, etc.)

so many mixed reviews on tfa of course i find all this after placing order for almost all tfa flavors

You'll find mixed reviews on ALL flavor vendors. Just as with all vendors, TFA has strengths and weaknesses. Relax and enjoy the flavors you like, make notes of the ones you don't, try new vendor for the ones you don't like, rinse, lather, repeat...
