Levy at Xtremevaping.com, is one of the nicest and most trusted I have come across in purchasing my nic, he had a batch of pink tinted but it was fine and just from the different process of extraction used by a company he uses, other than that his Nic grade is great, and as clear as water all the time and he has a level of perfection when it comes to what he sells to his customers and is very knowledgeable to say the least
So if these are already mixed with pg or vg, could one just add flavoring and vape or more base needs to be added?
Depends on what MG you purchase Newb, if you vape say 24MG you could buy it like this in a PG Base or a VG Base and just add some of the other VG/PG to get your percentage of PG/VG you like. Or if you do it like me and purchase the 100MG you will have to be a bit more experiance and cut it and have some more steps. If I where you I wouldnt start with anything higher than say a 48 MG and cut from there, unless you have some more experiance I wouldnt mess witht the 100MG until you get a bit more time under your belt, but it's by far a great way to save $$$$$ and get some experiance mixing your own flavors and doing it just how you like, by the time you spend say $300 on juice you buy say $150 worth of Nic and you can make a couple of liters of your own
This stuff is not meant to be vaped as-is. It's for mixing, and it needs to be diluted quite a bit. You should really learn exactly what to do with it, and how to safely handle it, BEFORE you order any. You will be handling a potentially lethal chemical, especially if you order the higher strengths. I'm not trying to act like your nanny or anything, but that question tells me you have some reading and some thinking to do first.

Levy is fantastic to deal with - took the time to answer all my questions before I was ever a customer. I made a decent sized buy from him a while back, but couldn't pass up the price cut on his 'pink' juice recently... so I probably won't be buying anymore nic in the coming year (at least).
I would highly recommend him though - great product, great price, and great communication with fast shipping to boot.

The reason I want to get into mixing it myself is to save money and be able to have juices and flavor on demand...
Im a fast learner, but I will take your advise and start off at a lower MG..
I vape 18 & 24 depending on the day... Sometimes I prefer lower TH and more flavor and sometimes vice versa so DIY seems like the best solution for me... It just sucks that you cant buy flavorings and nic juice in one place to save on shipping lol..

If you start getting into high nic liquid I would highly recommend reading some of the posts around here about safety measures and proper procedure when dealing with high nicotine liquid. Saving a few bucks isn't worth putting anyone at risk - 36MG would be a safe level to work with, maybe even 48mg. But I agree with the above sentiment, I wouldn't go above that if you don't know what you're doing.
In the end (after reading the info here and talking to few educated members whose opinions I hold a lot of weight for me) I decided that 36mg was the right level for me - even if it costs me a tiny bit more, the piece of mind is worth it. Obviously, everyone has their own level of risk tolerance.
