the most popular e cig is the ego style battery with a ce4 on top. can be found anywhere for a very reasonable price. you will need two , one as a backup. in the UK they sell for 10 pounds for the kit. charger battery and clearomiser . there are a lot of people on here that slag them off but i have found them te be excellent.

High Quality would be a different matter.
Most popular startup kit might be an evod kit.

Yup 101vape.com has the MVP for $40 and you can pick up a protank II at a good price too. That is probably the best starter kit I can imagine.
