Where can I order PGA

Hey everyone,

Been doing the DYI for a couple of months now and noticed that with some of my mixes, it would be great to have some pure grain alcohol to thin it out a bit. I did a google for PGA but got crap for results (google goin down the crapper lately IMO). Any recommendations of where I can go to order this?

You go to a liquor store and buy it if you are in a state that allows Pure Grain Alcohol aka Everclear.

My state PA does not allow it - you need some kind of permit to buy it.

Everclear 190 is available in 29 states, and 151 proof available in another 10 (according to wikipedia). A little bit of water in your ejuice won't make much difference, so if you can't get 190 (95% PGA) in your state, maybe you can get 151 (75% PGA), or even 120 proof vodka might work.

According to wikipedia, 190 is illegal in Florida, but 151 is legal.

Ok thanks. I thought there might be a supplier online that I would be able to get 190 or even 200 proof. I will check my local liqueur stores today.

I've read alot of ppl use Everclear as well.

I got my PGA from the liqeur store. They do not carry the 190 or 200 anymore. Found this out by asking the clerk. They said they had too many problems carrying that high of a content so now they only carry the 150 proof. I got a bottle and it works just fine
