something like a Vamo and a EVOD setup would be something to try, just test the waters and find what you like. good luck with your progression, keep on vaping!

To be honest it sounds like you are more having trouble with finding a good delivery system. Have you tried kanger pro tanks yet? I love um, they have a bottom coil, so no tipping, they are a sleek design so they don't quite look as ginormous as some other. You can't put a custom drip tip on them and they are a bit high on the price end for the unit, but the replacement heads are cheap for them.
As for as the device goes. You don't NEED an APV to enjoy vaping. Spinners and twist, or basic eGos are just fine. Nobody really needs an APV to vape, we just enjoy the diversity they give us.
Now if you wanted to try it out (once you get one it's really a lot simpler then you might think reading about it) a Vamo is a great low cost entry into the system. It has all the things you need the Voltage and Power adjustment, the ability to read what your resistance is and all that, but it is not as robust as some of the other selections out there. I got my complete unit with two batteries and a charger for about 85 buck from myvapor store.
Don't worry about running with anybody. if you've quit then you doing fine. I do hope that the delivery system suggesting you found here help you comeinto your own in vaping though. Vape on and enjoy

It was SO hard when I started reading these forums. Some was good advice some not so good. Look at what makes most sense to you.
