Lots of people in the modders/suppliers forum making them. Madvapes has 5v box mods in stock. If you're looking for a tube aceofvapes has the Gold Digger at a good price but it's out of stock right now, it's the same tube as the Green Lightning from Madvapes, just has a 5v regulator added.
