Where do Phiniacs (and other tanks) go to sleep at night?

OK, it took me 2 days to find a thread that said to keep my clearomizers on their sides when not in use.

Now I'm waiting for my Phiniac to arrive (along with punching tool and Slap 'Yo Mama tank tool and some cartos-for-tanks and some other stainless steel cartos of a type I like.)

So -- how do I put it down? Store it? Overnight? In my purse/kit?

Obviously I don't want to disassemble the tank/carto combo until the carto needs to be cleaned or put to rest.

What about on vs off battery?

If my carry bag is too short to hold the 1100mah battery + tank/carto + tip, then what?

Thanks in advance for any hints!

I had the same queston before and can people had great suggestions. One of them was to use a pill bottle, others had custom holders with spaces for tanks. My personal favorite is a small candleholder that is designed for taper candles. It is just enough to keep a tank upright and it is glass so very easy to clean for drips.

Good Luck on your Search! I'm sure others will chime in with ideas.

So I take it part of the answer is "upright and detached from the battery" since batteries do not fit in pill bottles?

I assume glass candle holders or jars would be better if I'm using plastic-melting juices? Hmmmm, seems the New-Age stores always have a lot of little jars and things....never been sure *why*......

I keep one on the mod in the evening. I rotate about 5 phiniac tanks all of them filled. The only thing I do is make sure I keep the punched holes (or cuts) under the liquid. I know how I punch mine and I have a little UNUSED stainless steel ashtray that I have lined with an old oakley cleaning cloth. I put the unused ones on the side with the holes covered. For me, as long as they are not sitting open to the air, they seem to be fine.

I have found that due to travel, I change it up a little...just do not let them get to warm. That seems to ruin them for me alot faster then normal. I am not a cleaner...easier to buy a few and keep the rotation for me.

I finally found the perfect way to store my tanks, I have quite a few, they fit perfectly in my daily vape tray. I take them off the PV's and put them in the little holders on the tray, I put a condom over the drip tip so they don't dry out inside.

I got a diabetic travel case from CVS for $9 after seeing a post about that here. It's not significantly worse than an eG0 case, and it comes with a little cooler packet to put in the fridge (not sure freezer is a good idea) then into the case. This type of thing is typical with insulin pens and insulin vials -- in fact the reason for the invention of the first solar-powered 'fridge was to let third-world hospitals store insulin safely.

But that is daytime and I haven't figured out what to do with the tanks yet in that case.

That looks great! But with grandchildren I need to put things locked away as a habit. If my lifestyle were less cramped I'd use your Mom's tray!

:?:
I might try to look into a cooler packet. The only thing I would worry about is if it is a desiccating one...pulling out, moisture.
The one I got is a slick plastic, so if it pulls moisture it would be by accident, it is clearly not the design.
And I keep my cartos capped -- though I admit I need a drip-tip condom. :?:
