Hello everyone! I am wanting to start to use the e cig. I have smoked for about 20 years. I usually smoke a pack in a 24 hour period. I am wanting to stop smoking, and this looks like it could help. My question is, which one do I use? There are so many! I want something that I can use, and then work my way down until I am smoke free. Please if you have any suggestions, let me know! There are just so many out here, I don't know which one to go with!

Thank you!

i could go into soooooo much detail but i've given up doing that ... lol ... i've had a 84mm an m401 and a 901 and a 2 piece one (atomiser and cart are one unit) ... nothing ... compares to the dura ... battery life isnt the greates but that doesnt concern me
and its a slim tube so not too much of a crazy shape ... yeah people will say that the screwdriver ,GG or the prodigy are better or even the janty stick but htats only because of the battery life ... i think ..... but battery life doenst bother me as i have 4 manual batteries (which you cant flood) and a sexy case that you can pop a battery in and it charges it ... (PCC) .. and its easy to top off the carts .. great throat hit

There was once a time when we would recommend the 901 to everyone starting out but I think as has been mentioned the 510 aka Dura/titan is your best bet.

Check out the reviews section, the 510 is well liked around here and for good reason. Its small, puts out great plumes of vapour and you will feel it in your throat just like a normal cigarette! It also has a manual switch which you hold when you draw from it giving great control.

I just got a 510 kit and it came with 2 batteries, 2 attys, 5 prefilled carts, and the charger. I got an extra 5 pack of carts and 30ml of some tasty coffee flavored 18mg juice. Thats two full personal vaporizers, 10 carts, charger and juice for under $80. I looked around and couldn't find a better unit for a better price. Good luck.

Agree about the 510. I started with a 901 and wasn't pleased with the atomizers and batteries dying on me. Best to get the 510 manual switch... produces good vapor. Start at either 24 or 18 mg and after a month or so go down to medium 16/11mg then down to low... and 0 after about 4 or 5 months. Take it slow, and don't get discouraged. Buy plenty of backup supplies (liquid, attomizers, and batteries)

Good Luck...

Currently I am using 18 mg, and still sneaking a few analogs here and there (grr it pisses me off) so I am thinking of trying 24 mg.

Love my 510........got some prefilled 18mg carts to get started, but recommend having some stronger juice on hand just in case.U can always dilute it)

also if your from the u.s. look for a u.s. company for your first order so you don't have to wait 2 weeks for shipment(it will drive you crazy)

some of the suppliers in this forum have discount codes in their threads

I don't recommend any specific model.. I recommend jumping in with whatever strikes your fancy - just jump in.

Once you've started vaping, your tastes will change, what you want out of a device will change, and the reviews, advice, and discussions will make a lot more sense.

You never get used to the water by standing on the shore.

901 batteries are renowned for going flakey after the first two weeks .... mine did

I am sorry to hear that. Both of my batteries are still going strong, as are my attys. I have not had a single problem with any of the components of my 901.

I bought mine from Widow though. I dunno.

Right now I am vapin Cuban Pineapple..... Mmmmmm tasty!
