Where have all the batteries gone?

I've been thinking about getting something small like the Gripper just to carry around, but every place I've looked online is out of batteries! Not just the AW IMR's, but even the generic blue ones and other brands too.
Has there been a run on these or is this just because of Chinese New Year?
Will they be back?

Seems like some places just can't keep em around long. When I started looking I'd find 350s here but no 650s, and annoying things like that.

RTDVapor seems to be well stocked though.
