Why can't I post in the US e-Smokers branch?

I checked Google maps, and Texas is still in the US, but I think here we call it "North Mexico" lol

You have to join the group before you can post. Go into your User CP. Then go to Social Groups. Then click on the group you want to join. Look in the upper right hand corner, it will say join group. Click on it.
