A couple years back the story as i heard it went something like this. Ruyan was the inventor of RY4. The original recipe came from China. That recipe was lost. Ever since, people have been trying to duplicate the original - without great success in my opinion. So my question is what happened to Ruyan? Where did he come from and where did he go. Why doesnt anyone from China remember the original recipe? Is this just e-liquid folklore?
