Can't seem to find it anywhere on ECF, and I have about 55ml of Wyatt Earp 24mg juice from FSUSA that I just don't care for, and will not be using, so I thought someone who is in difficult situation might want it.

Checked out the forum, can't figure out the rules from the stickies. So, if you want it. it's yours. The bottle does not come with a "drip top", though. PM me and I'll get it to ya.
The PIF rules do look pretty confusing, I think the idea is generally that you take an offer from someone and within 30 minutes you have to post your offer on the same thread (with specifics). But I guess there's more involved then that, but not much.
The part I couldn't figure out was, if you don't want to accept an offer but you just want to unload your stuff, do you start a new thread?

That's what I was looking for, and couldn't figure it out either. Kinda weird, since the whole idea of "Paying It Forward", at least as I understand it from the movie of the same name, is doing something for someone else with no expectation of anything in return. I guess I'll post something in there and ask.
We have a thread titled "Treasure Chest" where you can just donate hardware or ejuice. There's also a Swaps thread where you can exchange goods, but no selling is allowed. The poster assumes the responsibility for shipping costs. The Wants thread allows members to post their needs or wants with or without offering anything in return.
Thanks for the clarification, Katya. Now it makes some sense, they are just very, very long threads, so I didn't quite get it.
